But as the land deal was finalized recently, we had to pay according to the present market price. He added, One should take a well measured step while buying any property in Greater Noida.

The development ball is now in the court of Greater Noida. This expansion plan of Noida city has attracting many eyeballs just because of its perfect location. The town has a brighter side to live, if you are looking for a city of international standard. One of the major features of the city are the F1 track. This is India's first ever Formula One racing named as the Buddha Racing Circuit. There are a number of commercial and residential developments in the neighborhood of this F1 track. Builders, too, are showcasing vicinity to this place of importance as a key feature to live in the extension plan. Plus, the Great Noida is one of the finest and the first planned cities of India. As it is a well planned city, it has a basic infrastructure of global nature. The town has uninterrupted power supply, a cleaner water supply, a knowledge park, good quality expressways, ample greenery, better sewage system and much more. With all these facilities and features, the rates of the property in Greater Noida are taking a rise. Not only the prices but the area of the city and the township is expanding its area into new sectors and localities. Mr Girija Shankar, a senior most official of the Greater Noida Authority said in a press conference recently held, We have been always very keen for Greener Greater Noida. Thus, we encourage the eco friendly residential and commercial developments. A residential and commercial property in Greater Noida will always be a cure to today's fading nature and will be of no harm to the environment.
