On Target is the ideal Dallas Cowboys party game. On Target uses three traditional Frisbee style flying discs. The object of the game is to land the discs inside the targeted area. Cultivate a target showing the famous Dallas Cowboys star on a large sheet of paper or multiple poster boards held together by tape. Players take turns trying to throw three flying discs from a distance, trying to make them land on the large target area. Points are scored according to which area of the target the discs land in. In each section of the target, place a number value and make it similar to a dart board. Additional points are scored for landing the discs completely within one of the colored zones, without touching a dividing line, so ensure that the target areas are large enough to fit an entire disc. This is a fun game to create, as it is to play.

Helmet Hoopla is another great activity for this party. Play this game by placing an authentic Dallas Cowboys helmet on top of a box that is a little larger than the helmet itself. The object of the game is to throw a ring around the helmet and the box base to score a point. Give each player 5 tosses per round with 10 rounds per game. The player who can make the most ring tosses is the winner. Make sure that the rings being thrown fit completely over the helmet and the box base. To allow for more fun and challenge, have players wear blindfolds or throw with their off hand for a more challenging game.

Sack Race/Football Toss. Why not combine the fun of a sack race with the challenging game of football toss. Make a target out of plywood or foamcore for footballs. Design the board with the likenesses of the Dallas Cowboys colors and star. The object of the game is to start at one end of the party area with all players in a sack. When hearing the word go, the players must race around the party area to play the football toss game (in which they place several footballs for the players to throw at a hole). Once the player makes a football in the hole they begin hopping around the party area back to the finish line again then back to the football toss game. Players can only leave the football toss game when they have made a football in the hole. The first player to complete the desired number of laps and throws is the winner.
