By far the easiest way to get a "seal" itemis to purchase it from other players, a tip though is shop around get a feel for the prices on your server and don't buy the first thing you see. Make sure when shopping you look at allof the items other statistics, just because its a "seal" weapon doesn't mean its going to have a large number for critical.
