Firstly, you have to check your phone whether or not the conference call option available. Some phones are not supported with the technology for holding multiple phone lines at the same time. If your phone does not support for this kind of call, you can get another phone which can support this function.

Secondly, take the phone receiver and call one person whom you want to join the conference. You have to call each person you want to invite on the conference individually. Therefore, you have to call one person and another alternately. Right after the first person answer, you can go to the next step.

Thirdly, press the button of "Conference" on the phone. It will make the first person on the line on hold. It allows you to call another person to join on the conference call. You can repeat this step until everyone you want to invite join the conference. However, you have to make sure that you are not incidentally press the wrong function button. Pressing the wrong button can possibly hang the phone so that you have to start it from the first step.

Fourthly, when you have already called everybody for the conference call, you can press "Conference" button again. It allows all the participants to talk to one another at the same line. Now you can discuss the issue you want to solve.
