An electrical guitar relies on electronic amplification to make their sound audible, while an acoustic guitar uses only acoustic methods to make the sound proceed via the strings. We can hear the sound form an acoustic guitar from the hole (a round hole or F hole) that is inscribed inside the body of the guitar.
