H&H was incorporated as a limited liability companyon May 2009, by its founders Elton Haxhi (IEKA)and Leandro Haxhi (Prof.Doc). H&H is registered as an authorized audit firm with the Institute of Authorized Chartered Accountants of Albania (Reg. No. 166, Dated 30.07.2009)

He has more than ten years experience as an auditor and senior financial specialist.He is a member of Public Oversight Board of Certified Auditors and Chartered Accountants in Albania.

Prof. Doc. Leandro Haxhi is an experienced chartered accountant and tax specialist. He was a lecturer and Head of the Accounting Department in the Agricultural University of Tirana. He was actively engaged during the last 15 years as a tax and accounting consultant for several foreign entities in Albania, as well as being a tax partner in Ernst & Young Albania for 3 years, a member of Tax Appeal Commission and a member of Albanian National Accounting Council.He is a member ofAssociation of Chartered Accountants of Albania. He was nominated as Proffesor, Doctor in economic sciences.
