HDC-TM700 Panasonic HD Camcorder 2010 Overview Report
This year has shown us that technology only continues to adapt and improve. With the new year around the corner there are plenty of new gadgets waiting for us. However, let's not forget one of the greatest camcorders to come out this year, the Panasonic hdc-tm700k HD 3MOS camcorder. Even though this particular high-definition camcorder came out during the middle of this year, it is still one of the greatest advanced image and video capturing technologies that have been made, and rightfully so. Actually, it is still light-years ahead of many similarly priced camcorders that have come out recently. Let me tell you why.
First of all is the price. The Panasonic hdc-tm700k is an HD capable camcorder so that instantly drives up the market value past $300. It also comes with built-in memory and support for really high capacity additional special memory storage. This also drives up its value. However what makes this camcorder really great and perhaps rare is that it works with a special capture called the "progressive method". The progressive method allows this camcorder to capture the most stunning crystal clear HD video of pretty much any expensive high end camcorders. To get a feel of what I'm talking about you would need to pay over one grand, or a thousand dollars in order to get a camcorder with similar features. Not to mention the specifics of how this camcorder is made. And it's also under one grand. It's not 999.99 but usually 750-800 which is great!
However the thing that makes this camcorder one of a kind is its ability to capture high-def video in stunning fluidity. In fact, if you don't have a powerful PC with at least a quad-core processor of over 2.5ghz, you won't even be able to handle the video editing functions! That's actually a downside if you don't have a powerful PC, but it just goes to show how crazy awesome this camcorder is! Because of the progressive method it only uses one image instead of "interlacing" or weaving two images together to create the illusion of movement, or video like traditional video capture methods. Since it's using only one image instead of two, it has much more freedom to capture larger image sizes, at least twice the size (think High-definition x 2) and still run at 60 frames per second (which is incredibly tough to render on a PC, let alone the camcorder)! Not many other camcorders can withstand this kind of technology, especially not anything under at least $1000, except for this baby.
As technology gets better, prices rise but that's nothing to be ashamed of. However, that still doesn't mean that we want to pay more than we have to. In fact most of us want to save money! And this camcorder gives us everything we want and more, at such a great price. It's practically a steal! It's no wonder it's always being sold out on Amazon, even when it's not Christmas!
