Sapa TourDay 1: HANOI OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI (-/-/-)

20h00: Pick up at hotel and transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for the overnight train to Lao Cai departing at 21h00.

Day 2: LAO CAI SAPA LAO CHAI & TA VAN VILLAGES (B/L/-)

Upon arrival at Lao Cai station, you will be met & picked up for having breakfast at a local restaurant before heading to Sapa, where is known as the home to the Red Dao, Black Hmong, Tay , Xa Pho ethnic minorities. Upon arrival, we will take a visit to Sapa market where people are converged from the surrounding mountainsides or valleys to trade their goods, especially colourful embroideries made by hands. Coming here, you will learn more about market culture of hill tribe people in the North of Vietnam. After that, we will go down a very beautiful valley nearby Sapa to see Lao Chai & Ta Van villages situated on tarraces with rice-paddies & known as the home to Hmong & Dzao people. Later on, we will get back to Sapa & have a late lunchon.

The rest of time, you will be free to stroll around this tiny-nice town.

Day 3: SAPA BAC HA SUNDAY MARKET OVERNIGHT TRAIN BACK TO HANOI (B/-/-)

We continue venturing into northern Vietnam with the next stop being Bac Ha Market, which also attracts a wide variety of ethnic minority groups including the Variegated Hmong, Dao, Phu La, La Chi, Tay. The experience of this congregation is colorful and unique. Afterwards, we will visit one Palace of Hmong King, built in 1921 by French Colonists to control peasants in this region & on the way to Lao Cai, stopover to take photos of remote villages & high limestone cliffs.

Afternoon, enjoy a boat trip down stream Chay River and take visit to villages along the river, discover the local people life.

Transfer to Lao Cai Railways Station for overnight train back to Hanoi.
