Although Constipation is a very common disorder but, it might be risky if avoided or neglected the disease. The main reason is lack of water in diet. When there is insufficient of water in the diet one may face bowel movements problem. The stool may be very hard to pass.
When there is less of fiber in diet, it may cause constipation.
Sometimes Physical activity may also be a cause for constipation. When a person sits for longer time at one place and there is no movement of the body constipation is likely to occur. It is mainly found in adults and the professionals.
If one has consumed some medicines or under medications then the individual may possibly face the problem of constipation.
When the lifestyle changes of any person he/she may face the constipation problem. As the individual is not used to the environment the person may face the problem.

The symptoms are very clear with the constipation disorder. There is no proper bowel movement. Patient may have small feces or sometimes hard feces. Patient may feel dehydrated and constant vomiting. Store water in a copper glass before going to bed, the next morning drink that whole glass of water after brushing your teeth.

One can consume strong laxatives which will help the stool to pass away easily.
Add spices in food like cumin seeds, asafetida, coriander and also turmeric powder.
Have plenty of water every day.
Have food containing fiber and avoid food that has less fiber like eggs, meat cheese etc.
Have a glass of warm milk before going to bed; it will help to release the stool next morning.
One may also consult with the specialist for this disorder. If the problem is too serious one may do surgery.
