Hackensack Nj Used Cars Could See Mobile App Upgrades In The Future

The arrival of each new technological step pushes us forward into a much richer

, more integrated world. Weve watched feverishly as organizations like Apple have rapidly begun moving us into the future, blowing up our technical knowledge base until weve become a complete different culture from what we were ten years ago. Even Hackensack BMW 6 Series drivers, who are usually on the cutting edge of just about everything, have been extremely impressed with the huge innovations coming out of the mobile industry. The addition of mobile technology to the engine technology that is emerging within the auto industry will combine to change the driving experience into something completely new, yet not all together unfamiliar for Hackensack NJ used cars.

It looks like Nokia is gearing up to launch some of the first integration standards for auto and mobile platforms. Hackensack BMW 6 Series dealers everywhere are getting in on the new launch, too. The collective of organizations, called the Consumer Electronics for Automotive (CE4A), is comprised of Audi, BMW, Daimler, Porsche and Volkswagen, some of the most innovative names in the industry. According to recent reports, the group is pitching a Terminal Mode technology specification as the industry standard for integrating mobile applications into car platforms. Hackensack NJ used cars dealers are actually kind of jealous that they wont get to sell any of these sweet tech savvy cars for several years. But, for BMW, this is a huge step and a great way to keep themselves on the cutting edge of the industry.

"The average person spends between 1 and 2 hours per day in their car," Nokia said in a March 4 statement introducing Terminal Mode. "Given that their smartphone not only holds their favorite music but now, if it is a Nokia smartphone, comes with free worldwide navigation services (Ovi Maps), the next logical step is to provide an easy way to connect their smartphone to their car. This way services and content from the mobile can be fully integrated with the in-car speakers, displays and control systems."

This isnt all that this integration will do, however. In fact, for Hackensack BMW 6 Series drivers, the integration will allow drivers to access information about their specific car while theyre on the go. The benefits of this kind of integration are immeasurable; from locating a lost car in a parking lot to checking the oil on your vehicle, the availability of connectivity between car and mobile device will revolutionize the driving experience. Its truly unfortunate for Hackensack NJ used cars drivers that they wont be able to experience this new innovation, but over the years, theyll have the opportunity to drive a car with this kind of functionality.

Keep your eyes open for more progress reports on the merging of the auto industry and the mobile tech industry. Open technological standards are going to be a huge factor in providing everyone with a richer, more connected technological world. Each new announcement is an exciting discovery for me, and I hope to hear about more progress in the near future.
