Eggs are more than just for breakfast. In fact, egg yolks are full of protein, which is essential when it comes to hair growth. Without sufficient protein you hair simply will not grow. Using an egg yolk mixture on your hair is an effective home remedy to solve your hair loss problems, as well as strengthen and condition your existing hair.

The amount of eggs you need will depend on your hair length. As a rule, two yolks are good for shorter hair, while four may be needed for longer hair. If you're uncertain how much to use, make a little extra the first time to see how much it will take to cover your hair.
