Hand And Finger Pain
Hand and finger pain is a common injury that a lot of people experience that can be caused by repetitive movements
. There are a few different factors that can cause hand and finger pain. It is normal for some people feel different sensations that come together to cause a huge amount of pain in the hands and fingers. The hand and finger pain can lead to or already be carpal tunnel syndrome.
The symptoms of CTS can be very slight in the beginning but if left untreated the pain will become worse and it is possible to experience problems trying to perform normal functions with the hands. All of a sudden a simple task such as tying your shoes becomes difficult.
Some people believe that carpal tunnel syndrome is linked to genetics and may not be preventable. Others assert that you can prevent CTS if you practice healthy habits. It has been suggested that diet, supplements and even creating an ergonomic environment can help to get rid of carpal tunnel hand and finger pain. Currently there isn't any data to support these concepts although some people say that some of these methods have worked to get rid of their pain.
We live in an age where computer use is quite common and most workers who use keyboards and a mouse may be very susceptible to hand and finger pain. In some cases the pain may simply go away or it get continue to get worse.
The pain you feel can become more intense when you sleep due the position of the hand and arm. It is a very uncomfortable pain to have, especially when the stinging and numbness will not seem to go away.
There are specific hand and wrist exercises that you can do that will help stretch and strengthen the tendons in your arms. It is very crucial to improve flexibility and blood flow in the hands. If you follow the step by step instructions in a good carpal tunnel system you can cure your hand and finger pain. You need to try as many different approaches that you can to get rid of your pain. Surgery for hand and finger pain is the very last resort and most surgeons will not even recommend the procedure because over 70% of the surgeries fail to get rid of the pain.
You have to stop ignoring the pain, we sometimes have a high tolerance to pain but that could be to our detriment because by ignoring the pain we are making the situation worse. The longer we ignore that nagging, stinging pain in our hands and fingers the worse it gets and the harder it will be to cure.
Like most people suffering from hand and finger pain you may think there's nothing that you can do, but this is not the case.
How do I know?
Well that is a simple and easy answer: I have also experienced pain. I am a competitive power lifter, I compete every year and I've never lost a competition in over 5 years. I'm quite strong for my body weight but although my muscles are strong and I've been blessed with never experiencing a muscle injury my joints and tendons in my hands, fingers and elbows use to hurt a lot. I would just ignore the pain and hope it would go away, telling myself that I am a warrior and I had to push through it (stupid me).
I finally decided to do something about the pain because it was becoming unbearable and that's when I found a system that worked for me and it can work for you as well. It's a good feeling when you realize that you don't have to live with this horrible pain.
