1 Droid 2 turn off. Where? S-frozen and can not turn it off, then remove and replace the battery.

2 Open the keyboard and press X key, press and hold Power . The device power supply. Hold the button down to escape a yellow triangle.

3 Press Search key on the keyboard (magnifying glass) .

4 Use Volume Up and Quiet buttons on the side of the phone to select Data Wipe factory reset option. Use Camera to confirm it.

5 Tap Wipe data / factory reset and then tap OK .

6 Highlight restart your computer now is selected and then tap OK .
