When the body clock get into chaotic situation, the function of salvage and stomach would be influenced. That would mean digestion system and its function would be in danger.

Besides the influenced digestion system, we may get problems. Sleeping in long time would bring the headache and deteriorated memory ability. You may know how it would be after the long-time sleep. Or, you may know about the harm effect when you feel uncomfortable on heart, stomach or head. It would be the obvious syndrome when the biotic clock is disturbed.

Therefore, sleeping in long time should not be as the functional solution for inadequate sleep. The key point is to sustain the normal and regular sleeping. Many people would know the importance of forming normal living schedule but they may complain about the extreme difficulty when they are trying to do. As matter of fact, we would fulfill the normal living schedule if we insist to form the habit by effort per day.


If we could not get up early in the first month, we may change our sleep time by go to bed earlier. That is to say, try to prevent staying too late at night. After a period of time, we may adjust the clock to earlier time. So we may gradually get up earlier. There are some details we should not ignore. Do not eat too much before sleep. Excessive food would make us exited and hard to fall in sleep. For the busy workers who may face out-time works frequently, they should not drink too much coffee. Take some time for rest when getting tired. In the weekend, try to make a scientific plan to spend time instead of exclusive sleep. Knowing what to do is an effective weapon to defend against lazy sleep.
