Audi broke some new ground in early November with an exhibit at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, an automotive specialty products trade show. This was good timing for Audi with U.S. auto sales on the rise and competition getting tougher.

Customers of the Boston used Audi dealer will be able to see some of the models shown there in person soon. Others may take their time coming to America. Even though much of the show focuses on gadgets for autos, Audi was able to display in addition to after-market add-on products, a couple of impressive models. The Audi TTS Pikes Peak and the Audi R8 Customer Spyder by StaSIS Engineering with the supercharged 5.2 FSIV10, 710-horsepower engine were the jewels of Audi's exhibit. For the lucky few able to see it, the Audi TTS Pikes Peak was demonstrated one day of the show. Audi also showcased extreme sports Audi gear during the Vegas run.
