Has Anyone Tried Some Fertility Vitamins and It Has Been Successful? – Tips for Increasing Chances of Conceiving

I have been worried that I don't produce enough egg white cervical mucus during ovulation

, so I took Evening Primrose Oil, drank green tea, and took some Mucinex cough medicine -- all of which are supposed to increase your cervical mucus. So I tried that this month and I actually did notice an increase in the amount of watery cervical mucus I had. The egg white mucus makes you more fertile because the sperm can swim and live longer in it, giving them a better chance at fertilizing the egg.

You can take Evening Primsoe Oil (found in Vitamin section of Wal-Mart) every day from period through ovulation. The Mucinexx I just took for 3 days before my ovulation (since that's a cold medicine I didn't want to be taking too much of it). And of course the green tea comes in all kinds of flavors, verities, etc. (I drank the cold Arizona Diet Green Tea) and you can drink as much as you want since it's great for your health anyway

I started taking Fertilaid this month also, and we've been trying to conceive for 3 yrs. I have one child and it took 2 and a 1/2 years to conceive him. I took Yaz for 8 years so maybe that's the problem. I drink green tea every day. I try not to stress. Since I started taking Fertilaid I have noticed very watery CM this month, but I won't know if I was successful for 2 weeks. I have a 32 day cycle.
