Do you miss spending precious time with your family when they are on family outings? People around you may not ever say it however they can see that you are miserable at home and at work and it's time for you to make some changes. You have been going back and forth with ideas and plans on making a better life however you are still at the crossroads on moving forward. The word that is bridging the gap between being miserable or living life to the fullest, is the word Decision. When will You make a Decision to grab the bull by the horns and change your life's destiny?

Whether you know it or not, making a decision is the most important key in your journey of becoming all you want to be. When you hear stories and experiences of people who became successful with their dreams, it is amazing to hear that life became better when they made a decision and took action.

I want to test you on a brief story I recently heard at a conference. Here is a brief story of five frogs sitting on a log over a pond. When four of the five frogs decided to jump into the pond, how many frogs are still sitting on the log? If you said there are five frogs sitting on the log, you are correct! Just because you decide to do something doesn't mean that you actually did it, you have to make the jump.
