Have You Submitted Your Ppi Claims To Lloyds Bank And Either Had Your Complaint Upheld But Not Been

If you have either of the above and want some advice on what to do then read on as

if enough people follow these steps then they will have no alternative but to sit up and take notice.

Many people including Lloyds Bank customers have had their complaint upheld but have not been paid out as the bank continues to deploy delaying tactics.

So if you are one of these customers then here is what to do.

Firstly write a short letter to the FSA telling them the date your complaint was upheld and enclose a copy of your letter upholding your complaint, if enough people do this then Lloyds will get investigated by the FSA for their handling procedures and possibly get a fine if the FSA find them at fault. Only do this if 8 weeks has expired since you received your letter upholding your ppi claim.

Next you want to move your account away from Lloyds and dont worry this is easier than you think. Many banks offer a free service for transferring your direct debits and all you have to do is fill one form out and they will do the rest. If enough people do this then Lloyds will start to feel the effects and do something about their ppi claims handling procedures.

Remember this is the company that advertised in the National Press saying you did not need to use a claims management company as they would resolve all complaints direct from the consumer, well if this is the way they treat their clients it is no wonder thousands of them have decided to use the services of claims management companies.

Lloyds Bank have a duty to their customers both past and present under the FSA guidelines of treating customers fairly and it is apparent that they are not doing this by delaying peoples payments for missold ppi so lets all take action and let Lloyds Bank now that consumer is king and not them.

Other things that you can do is write a further letter to Lloyds telling them you wish to lodge an official complaint in to the handling of your case which they have to deal with and if enough people do this then again this will give the FSA evidence that they are not treating their customers fairly and have to take action to rectify it.

Dont feel sorry for the bank because of their current circumstances as do you think in the past when they were making millions in profits every year they were feeling sorry for you or giving you benefits for free, No they couldnt care less when things were good and they wont care less in the future when they return to huge profits.

So if your ppi claims with Lloyds have not been settled then take action against them today.
