For years now I've been encouraging sellers to use craigslist and ebay classifieds to sell houses. The majority of buyers check those sites online, looking for their new houses, even buyers who are working with agents. And those are two great places to post a classified ad including all the juicy details that buyers enjoy, including a few photos, too. Get busy and post your house for sale yourself, please don't count on your agent to do it because any ad you prepare will be better.
