The easiest way to tune into the issue is by making statements out loud. "Even though I have this headache." Or, "Even though my head is throbbing."
The rest of the formula is simply to replace the issue with a positive statement. "I totally and completely love and accept myself."
This tapping routine, as it is called, is repeated about three times. This makes sure you are focused on the issue while giving the tapping time to work. It also helps to breathe deeply once or twice after you tap to integrate the flow of fresh energy throughout your body.
Emotional Freedom Technique is very simple in its basic form. It provides rapid relief and can be used almost anywhere. All you need to do is to follow a few simple steps.
