Health Care Reform From a Common Sense Perspective

I have some real concerns about the health care debate on the country in this. I believe that the health system must be reformed, but I do not think that the government should have the say. Waste, corruption, and the government, the problems within the system today caused. Instead of reforming the entire system at once to me, it would make more sense to take a problem at a time and fix it. The waste and corruption under Medicare System reached unimaginable levels. This is a waste and corruption was again prosecuted for lack of control within the government and its authorized agencies. If you think about this reform, as proposed, they are the seniors to lose coverage and benefits, and the government gains more power. It makes no sense, so that the company responsible for the waste and corruption in order to have more power over the system. I believe that our health care system as a wholethe best in the world. However, I also believe that all parties involved, insurance companies, doctors, hospitals, and our federal and state governments, all shares of the waste and corruption within the entire system. As a licensed life and health insurance agent for more than 10 years ago I was witness to this extravagance and corruption first hand. I had to deal with insurance coverage fall, a change of policy formulation and the failure to pay benefits. There are 2 major reasons for thisBehavior on the part of insurance companies, both of which can be attributed back to the federal government. First, because of the lobbyists and the large amount of money they bring to Washington, our legislators have allowed this behavior. Second, these companies are not allowed to cross the state border, it retains the small pool of insured persons. Common sense tells us that the larger the pool of people, the greater the strain can spread and it is cheaper for everyone in thisPool.health care From a personal standpoint, I've seen the corruption in the hospitals. In 1997, my daughter was kicked in the face by a horse, we were lucky that our doctor was the largest, and it healed with no lasting effects. Since in the field of insurance, I knew the importance of the review of the hospital bill because the insurance does not know what had happened. In considering the bill, I found over $ 9000.00 on the charges in a $ 63,000.00 bill. This kind of corruption on the part of theHospitals dramatically affect the premiums that insurers charge. This overload is a big part of the waste and corruption within the Medicare system as well. I have lots of high costs in dealing with the medical bills for my father, who passed away in 1992, and caught my mother, who deal with health problems continue. Very few people have time to check their bills, the insurance company rewarded me with cash for saving them $ 9000.00 on behalf of my daughters. HadI'm not on behalf of the insurance would go to pay the bill without hesitation too. http://www.healthcare.pannipa.com/2009/11/health-care-reform-from-a-common-sense-perspective/About the Author:
