Health care means taking care of your health in the way of treatment and prevention from illness
. Staying healthy is not a difficult task, it just means changing your lifestyle and adding fruits, vegetables and nutritions in your daily routine life.
We can take care of our health by drinking a lot of water, make sure that you drink about 8-10 glasses of water in a day to keep our body hydrated. Adequate amount of water is essentially to mobilize your body. It is also advisable to drink water before or between our meals to get out food digested properly. While eating always remember to eat healthy carbohydrates and foods that contain fiber. Eat small quantity meals 4-5 times a day with a gap of 4-6 hours. Start with a heavy breakfast so that you dont feel hungry rest of the day. Always wash your hands before and after food meal, most of the germs get into the body through our hands.
Exercise is next important element in Health care. Exercise burns your
losing body fat and calories which you gained while eating food. Going to gym or working with heavy weights helps in building muscles and increase our metabolism rate. Make a habit to walk after regular intervals. A brisk walking after every 2 hours makes the body active. Sitting at one place for long makes the body stiff and restless.
Diseases or illness can affect our body anytime, so regular medical check-ups of all the family members is important to prevent any medical illness affect your body. Testing and diagnosing the problem at the right time is important in controlling the disease. Many costly diseases like cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes and other respiratory diseases are common preventable diseases, if it is observed at earlier stages. Use of tobacco and excessive alcoholism causes many brain, heart and liver problems.
Most of the diseases thus can be controlled by using proper health care system, which people fail to do as they are not aware of the opportunities available and are unable to inform the patients about health promotion and disease prevention strategies. Therefore by keeping all the above points in mind, proper and preventative health care measures should be taken to be healthy, as the saying which say, Health is Wealth.
