However, for healthy fat loss, you need to avoid things that have been deep-fried. Even if they fit into your daily calorie total, they are loaded with fat and starch and will probably cause you to stagnate in your weight loss progress.

3. Think Green

One of the best groups of foods for healthy fat loss is green vegetables. Others like potatoes and corn are okay, but they are very starchy and should be eaten in moderation. Green veggies have tons of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, almost no calories, and will easily fill you up when you're hungry.

4. Start the Day Right

Even when going for healthy fat loss, a nice, big breakfast is still the most important meal of the day. Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day, and fill it with whole grains, lean proteins, and some fruit.

5. Avoid Supplements

While some supplements and other diet products can help in the short term, they are not good for healthy fat loss, and they are even worse for keeping the weight off. You can rely on these convenience items every once in a while, but going on a diet of weight loss shakes does not teach you how to cook and eat properly.
