Give yourself some off time' everyday. Everybody is so busy keeping up with the hassles and stress of their daily routines that they often forget about themselves. It is important to take time off for yourself so you can read a book, take a warm bath, go shopping, or simply sit and do absolutely nothing! Just a minimum of 30 minutes a day to sit back and take a deep breath gives your mind and body the rejuvenation it needs in order to maintain a healthy balance.
Make exercising a must on a regular basis and make it fun so it does not feel like a chore. It need not be rigorous or dramatic but by including some walking, jogging, or other easy-to-do exercises at home should be a priority every day. Try walking to the market instead of driving, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking the dog, or riding bikes around a park. Being too busy is no excuse to forgo a little daily exercise in order to stay fit and live a healthier lifestyle.
