Anyway, what has relationship got to do with weight loss? Well, of course it does. It has a very great impact on whether you will be able to succeed in losing weight the healthy way. If you have a supportive spouse to support you, you will be much more motivated. You are more likely to eat healthy food and exercise regularly.
