AGX Protection Plans

All AGX products come with a protection plan. A person can try the product for up to 75 days. He or she can come in and receive training on the equipment and an audiologist will make sure that all questions are answered before a person leaves. After the trial period, the hearing center will offer complementary cleaning every quarter as well as check ups for the equipment. If there are problems, they will be addressed right away.

On certain models a warranty is offered for three years. If something happens to the aids, a person can bring them back to the hearing center to receive assistance, repairs or in some cases, replacements. There is also a three year loss and damage insurance for some models. This means that even if it is not a manufacturer's flaw, the aids can be replaced or repaired. Finally, for the first three years, the batteries for the AGX aids are free. This adds to the value of the product as a patient is taken care of long after they make a purchase.
