They are cigarette smoking, alcohol abuse, sedentary lifestyle, malnutrition, improper diet, hormonal imbalances due to certain medicines and lack of exercise.

Factors that could precipitate or trigger heart problem symptoms are stress, depression, anxiety, strenuous activities and heavy workloads. They could trigger a heart attack which could be life threatening.
