Smoking is bad in all aspects especially during pregnancy, other than the health risks it pose, it also tends to trigger heartburn.
Do not take antacids for heartburn symptoms relief, as these are not good for you, you can do natural remedies as these are safer and effective as well. Always ask your doctor for recommended medications.
