One can perform the office task just seating at the home or one can access the world wide information just in a click of a button and most amazing thing is one can use it for the entertainment, and I do guess nearly 60% of the computer user are using it for mere entertainment, even one can do online banking, shopping and lot more just staying in house, this are just an few important example of computer, but its not the end as I said the computer has got myriad function and usages and to give a detail view of it would take not less than a week.

2.You would go for online tech support team who will provide online help and solution for the computer problems that the one would be facing in the computer

These were already staggeringly high figures and we are now in 2012. And as the number of computer user increases, its normal that the problem in the computer with the user also increases.

But it is also true that with advancement of computer technology, their has become tremendous increase in tech support company's who are providing the online tech support and help to the user of the computer whoever are facing problems. There are thousands and thousands of such company but most of the user are scared the reason being, because of some fraud company, and its also true in name of tech support company people are scammed everyday. So one need to very careful and tight regarding the company who are providing the technical help and assistance to them and one of the great advantages of online tech support is, one do not need to go to the technical expert for the, repairing the computer, as it can be done through remote desktop sharing via telephone or e-mail which means your computer would be repaired just sitting at the home, which would save your time as well as money. So like wise everything that exists in nature and especially in technology everything has got a merits and demerits, but as a matter of fact it just depends on us, the user of computer.
