Most of the people who say, "help, I want to lose weight", are people who have a bad body image. Yes, it is a different matter that most people who want to lose weight actually need to, but there are other people who, even after losing weight are convinced that they're "fat"!

A great way to enhance your body image is to pamper your body. Treat it with special care, respect it. Tip three: Do Something about Yourself

Okay, so you've lost weight, but your belly fat's remained. Nothing to worry about, a few crunches everyday for a month or two will take care of that!
The main thing to keep in mind here is to avoid stress and negativity. "Help I want to lose weight", is something people who have all sorts of bodies (sometimes even skinny people!) say to themselves, you have to be a class apart and actually achieve a good body image along with a good body!
