Stress Unstructured PlayUnstructured play is an essential part of being a child and helps them to build cognitive and physical skills while just having an all-around good time. Make sure you don't overload your kids with just school and sportsthese days, some kids feel like everything they do is being judged, and that can create unwanted anxieties. Plan days where kids just get a chance to just be kids, and you can even work their sport of choice into it by putting on casual games down at the local park (minus the ceremony and rigid rules of league games).
