There are certain laws and procedures that they have to legally follow but they are ultimately the ones that you have to deal with. You may get lucky and have an easy mortgage company to deal with or you might not. The key here is persistence no matter what. No matter how many messages you have left them, leave more. You will have to find out from them what they require in order to stop the foreclosure on your home.
