Hemorrhoids is both an embarrassing and painful condition

, unfortunately it is also very common and it affects both men and women of all ages. As we get older we are more likely to suffer from hemorrhoids but there are certain things that we can do that will help to prevent the onset of them, the first is to ensure our diet contains plenty of fiber and that we drink plenty of water and the second is to ensure we exercise frequently and in the right way.

The basis of any exercise regime is to target a specific area, in the case of hemorrhoids you need to find exercises that will assist the passage of waste product down the intestines to the anal area. In order to do this the areas that will need to be concentrated on are the stomach and the bottom and the purpose of these exercises is to improve muscle tone.
