Hemorrhoids Home Cure - How to Deal With Internal Hemorrhoids by:Greg Whitaker
How do you deal with internal hemorrhoids that cannot be seen or felt
? And what about toilet paper issues regarding hemorrhoids? These can be answered easily and if used properly can aid in the healing of hemorrhoids.
There are two issues that need to be addressed when dealing with hemorrhoids. The first is internal hemorrhoids and the second is the proper use of toilet paper. Each of these subjects is important when utilizing a home cure for hemorrhoids.
What are internal hemorrhoids?
Internal hemorrhoids may either bulge into the anal canal or protrude out through the anus, in which case they are called "prolapsed." External hemorrhoids on the other hand are found outside the anus. Regardless of type, the distress which comes with them is just the same. They are painful. They hurt burn, itch and, very often, bleed. Internal hemorrhoids may cause painless bleeding during a bowel movement. If you notice blood covering the stool, in the toilet bowl, or on the toilet paper, which is common with internal hemorrhoids, make sure to contact your doctor as soon as possible. Internal hemorrhoids involve the veins inside the rectum. A prolapsed hemorrhoid is an internal hemorrhoid which stretches down and out of the anus.
What are differences between internal and external hemorrhoids?
Internal hemorrhoids, unless they are severe, cannot be seen or felt, unlike external hemorrhoids. Likewise, the external veins can swell to form external hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids may be located near the beginning of the anal canal or close to the anal opening. When hemorrhoids protrude outside the anal opening, they are referred to as prolapsed hemorrhoids.
What about using toilet paper?
Anal fissures are often caused by constipation. If stools are dry and hard, the anal sphincter is forced open wider than normal, resulting in a tear, or anal fissure. Anal Hygiene and proper toilet usage is needed. Avoid severe rubbing with toilet papers as this will intensify the hemorrhoid infection and also causes irritation. Clean the infected areas often with natural cleansers.
Toilet paper is never the best thing to use if your hemorrhoids are swollen and bleeding.
Toilet paper can cause a lot more pain due to the dyes that most toilet manufactures use today. Toilet paper is course and can inflame existing hemorrhoids. Using baby wipes or pads soaked in witch hazel has proven to keep the area clean and also help to avoid inflaming current hemorrhoids.
Don't forget to include warm baths and regular fluid intake for helping to cure your hemorrhoids.
Regular warm baths are a highly-recommended home cure for hemorrhoids. The warm water reduces the pain of your hemorrhoids and the increased flow of blood provides extra healing and curative powers. Regular exercising is must. Lots of water and fluids intake is imperative.
Natural remedies can be an effective method for curing hemorrhoids. Natural home hemorrhoid cures work well if used properly to heal hemorrhoids.
