DAILY RFID has recently released the HF SD RFID Reader designed as a plug-and-play device

. It features seamless data transmission from mobile devices with its small footprint or through wireless technology.

By inserting the SD RFID reader into the SD slot of a Smartphone or PDA, the integrated device can be used for reading and writing 13.56MHz RFID tag without any internal hardware change. And it supports HF RFID tag in various formats such as famous ISO 14443A /B and ISO 15693.

In addition to the High Frequency RFID read and write functions, the SD card RFID reader can store user applications and data. Besides, it is compatible with various devices running Microsoft Pocket PC 2002/2003, Windows Mobile 5.0/6.0, Palm OS 4.1 or LINUX operating system.

With a free SDK (Software Development Kit) provided, the HF SD RFID Reader opens many possible for mobile RFID applications such as warehouse management, parcel tracking, quality control, food pharmaceutical management, anti-counterfeiting, etc.
