Not only do they feel defeat, but they feel physically terrible during this process. Protein Types rarely are successful at losing weight by just making a big cut in the calories they consume. In fact, when Protein Types make the wrong food choices, they feel a loss of energy, major fatigue, and an edgy feeling.

Healthy Eating Plan for Carb Types

Another type is called a Carb Type; this type also needs a unique healthy eating plan specific to their needs. A Carb Type tends to have weak appetite. If you are a Carb Type, there is a good chance you're quite happy with small amounts of food daily. You also don't think too much about food until you feel hunger pangs.

Carb types tend to eat infrequently because they're too busy to deal with it. They may even skip meals to feed their workaholic routines. Carb Types will often more dependent on caffeinated beverages to help them zoom through the day. This can often weaken their appetites even more which adds to their nutrition problems. They also consume large amounts of baked goods and starchy vegetables which lead to conditions such as diabetes, insulin resistance, and hypoglycemia.

Healthy Eating Plan for a Mixed Type

A third type is known as a Mixed Type, and also requires some knowledge to create a healthy eating plan. The appetite of the Mixed Type appears to fluctuate throughout the day. Their eating style varies greatly, as they are hungry at odd times and not at others. Their eating style and when they eat depend on what foods they've chosen to eat on any one day.

They do react the same as the other types to eating to eating too much sugar or carbohydrates. This overeating can bring on sugar cravings. If you are a Mixed Type it is important to know both main types and work to find the perfect balance for your body and type.
