This year people are thinking ahead as Rock Salt is in high demand at the moment, people are stock piling it after the events of early this year. Suppliers are already predicting shortages. Councils and local governments have been told to hold greater stocks than previous years in order to prevent any chances of running out again. This will greatly increase the price of Rock Salt and could knock out regular customers who want to purchase rock salt for their homes or businesses.
