According to the fresh reports, the new Maruti Cervo, which is said to be a replacement for Maruti 800 could be launched around this festive season. The exact Maruti Cervo Price is still unknown, but the car is expected to land between the price range of Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 2,00,000. This small wonder from Maruti Suzuki is expected to be loaded with numerous impressive features and attributes that would be able to lure the major population of the country.

Talking about the technical aspects of the car, the new Maruti Cervo is expected to be blessed with a 660cc of petrol engine, which would generate 54Ps of peak power and 64Nm of maximum torque. The five speed manual transmission that would be coupled with the engine would take the mileage figure to around 20 to 24 km per litre. The top speed of 115km per hour is expected from Cervo.

The suspension and braking system of the new Maruti Cervo would be decent. The front disc brakes with rear drum brakes will comprise of the braking system of the car. Coming to the interiors and comfort features of the car, the new Maruti Cervo is likely to get an efficient air conditioning system with heater, along with central locking system, child safety locks, power steering, power windows for the front passengers, manually adjustable ORVMs, and rear parcel tray. To make the interiors much more lavish and luxurious, leather upholstery could be expected here as well. If rumors are to be believed, Maruti Cervo has taken its interiors from Maruti Swift.

On the other hand, the looks and appearance of the new Maruti Cervo is expected to be trendy and utterly chic. The small car will have curvy front facade with sporty bonnet. The elegance will be present in every bit of the car. The front lamps would be in a swept back manner, while the tail lights would add-on to the sporty appearance of Cervo.

So far, long before its launch, the small wonder from Maruti has fetched a lot of attention and curiosity from the consumers and critics. Without a doubt, the new Maruti Cervo will give a tough competition to the other small cars that are present in the market today. The major one amongst them is Tata Nano. However, Maruti Cervo is a tad-bit costlier as compared to Nano, but the good mileage, extra features and impressive looks would become a bit difficult to compete for Nano.
