. Awesome Rental provides low cost special event and wedding rental equipment to customers in metro Atlanta area. It provides equipment including tents, chairs, tables, chair covers, dinnerware, linens and several others. We encourage all caterers, event managers, business & hotel planners, Churches and other organizations in the metro Atlanta area to benefit from our services.

Listed below is the detail of services offered by the company.

Delivery charges are $3.60 per mile for delivery and pickup, $65 minimum. Furthermore, Awesome events offers event setup and breakdown of its rental equipment. $0.75 / chair and $3 / table setup. Moreover, it also offers the facility of Chair cover setup. Also, it offers the facility of Bride and Groom Home moving service as well.

There may be situations that may lead to rescheduling of the event due to weather; these situations will each be considered and dealt with accordingly. Please understand and respect the fact that when you reserve items, the money wont be refunded as we might have refused others who wanted to reserve that item too.

Delivery of your rental items is provided. Our delivery charges are on the basis of distance to be travelled and the volume of order. We assure you that we will keep the delivery charges fair and reasonable.

We provide Special containers for china, silver, and glassware to ensure that you receive your items table ready at the right time. Our delivery personnel are told to neatly gather all the items in a convenient place on delivery. Our count must be accepted unless we are notified before ordering.

All china, silver and utensils must be rinsed food-free and replaced in the same containers as delivered. Moreover, Linen should be refuse free and dry in order to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be taken down and stacked, ready for pick up. Wax must be removed from the candelabras or any other item it is melted to. Furthermore, it is pivotal that all items must be assembled in a single location ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.

The customer is solely responsible for the equipment. You must make sure equipment is secured and kept at a safe place when not in use and is well protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken, chipped, burned, or any sort of damage on our items. We urge you to take care of rented items in the same as you would treat and care for your own personal possessions.
