The high power laser pointers should not actually be labeled as dangerous' because they can be 100% safe if the user knows what to do with them. And it can be guaranteed that as long as the user of the powerful lasers follows the instructions given by the manufacturer, there is no way that they can do harm to a person or any other living creature.
