Whilst this may be the case for the design part, the leaflet printing is something which is seen as being substantially different, with a lot of people believing that the best option is to print from home, as this can save a large amount of money. Although this may often be the case in regards to the cost, in many instances it can prove to be a better decision to hire a professional company to carry out the leaflet printing.

For example, one of the primary reasons why a company is hired is for the high quality results that they produce. Whilst it may be more expensive than carrying out DIY leaflet printing, the results will be of such a high quality that the increased cost will often be considered to be negligible.

Furthermore, the time that it takes to print leaflets at home or in the office will regularly be a substantial amount longer than when hiring a company, with the larger companies being able to take a leaflet design and turn it into five hundred hard copies in 24 hours. Of course, this will incur an additional fee, but if time is of the essence, it is the ideal solution.

However, hiring a company is not without its downfalls and it may not always be the most appropriate action to take. Particularly when working within an extremely tight budget, if access to a high quality printer with ink is available and a suitable paper can be used, then it may often be more cost effective (but not time effective) to carry out DIY leaflet printing.

When deciding on how you would like to carry out leaflet printing, as there is no definitive decision on which is the better option, it is important to take into consideration all affecting factors. From the budget that is available to use through to the timescale for the project, the most suitable leaflet printing option will be able to be chosen once all of these aspects have been considered.
