Holiday Spent Doing Nothing

The need for a holiday is to give you a break from your routine work

. It helps to stir your life with new things and places. I and Supriya, my wife, decided to take a small break from our routine work and decided to go for a small honeymoon. After three years of marriage its more of vacation than honeymoon. The idea was bought by wife and she said lets go for a small honeymoon. I liked the idea and I was sure that the vacation would be a really good one. We were still deciding on the venue for the outing and after much analysis we decided to go for Goa.

It was not our first trip but we love it whenever we go to Goa. The only first in this time was that we would be staying in South Goa. All our previous visits were to Baga and Calangute and for the first time we decided to plan to Colva. Since it was a complete unexplored area we decided to give it a shot. We booked our accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days at Hotel Graciano Cottages. The idea was to take some time off and just enjoy our holiday with each other alone. The hotel has a good lawn and with Hammocks around we spent most our time in it. We dont know why but we were not in a mood to party. Our all needs were fulfilled thanks to their efficient room services. It was the laziest holiday we had together. The second day was the best day of the holiday as we didnt even stepped out of our rooms. All day long we were inside on our bed, watching television and ordering stuffs over the phone. It was a King like felling as all we had to do was to lie around lazily without doing any activity all are wishes were being served by the hotel staff.

The third and fourth days where spent in Colva beach itself with a pint in our hands. The cool breeze made us sit in the beach looking to the setting sun. It was such a lovely scenic that we didnt talked to each other for about an hour, all we did was to stare at the setting sun. Four nights we didnt even partied even once, and we both were in no mood to party. We had a great time together even we didnt had much of the conversation these days. Our company for each other was enough for us. Hotel Graciano Cottage didnt disappoint us as they were prompt with their services. We came to know later that the hotel was being managed by Panoramic Universal Limited (PUL).

We had some of our friends working in PUL, if we had informed our friends before they could have helped us to get some discount. But discount or no discount, we were happy with this sudden planned vacations or honeymoon. It goes down as another wonderful trip with my wife.
