Holy Fairyland - Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot in China

Located in Qiang autonomous prefecture of Aba in Sichuan province, Jiuzhaigou is named after having nine Zang nationality villages, three scenic spots of which named Zechawa, Rize and Shuzheng form a shape of Y, becoming the main of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot.

Virgin forest spread all over Jiuzhaigou, where has 108 gorgeous lakes with the altitude of over 2000 meters, so bewitchingly beautiful scene makes Jiuzhaigou get the good reputation of "Fairy Tale World"

Being the important scenic spot in China, Jiuzhaigou is listed into the "World Heritage List". On May 8 in 2007, Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot in Qiang autonomous prefecture of Aba was officially approved as the "National 5A Level Scenic Spot" by China National Tourism Administration.

Jiuzhaigou has 114 "Haizi" of varying sizes, distributing in gradient and between of which, there are 17 waterfall complex, 11 rapids and 5 calcified shoal flows, like dazzling pearls mounted on a beautiful necklace, which are glittering in the flourishing virgin forest.

Those charming waterscapes and 12 peaks of Jiuzhaigou form splendid natural landscape perfectly integrating alpine mountain and river-valley. The scenes in 4 seasons have their own characteristics. In the scenic spot, there are a great variety of plant and animal resources, more than 10 of which are rare wild animals like the panda.

Huanglonggou is a calcified ridge stretching from south to north with the topography bearing a strong likeness to a soaring dragon with high spirits. The grand calcified landscape of earth surface is the classic of largest scale, best preservation and karst landform full of vigor, dynamism and variety in the world.

Being rich in calcium carbonate, limpid spring water pouring down from the towering snow mountain create in the amazing Huanglonggou the most spectacular calcified shoal flows of the world, the beautiful multi-color lake with exquisite shape and the largest calcified denting cliff named Xishen Cave in the world and furthermore create a lifelike dragon head, dragon tail and dragon body, when you look the dragon from a distance, it seems a huge golden dragon hovering in the valley. It is indeed a Holy Fairyland and Precious Jade Pool on earth.
