Why I started my own Internet Business
I have been in the Direct Sales business for over 22 years. Started in hard core sales and slowly graduated into leadership position leading several teams. Currently I am leading a team of 16 professional Financial Planning Consultants.
While I have had very good success in the offline world, I realized that regardless of how good you are, if you want to GROW BIG, you have to constantly recruit and sell more and more. And I did apply this model in the offline world.
The problem I faced is there is only limited time in a day. To be fair to yourself and your family, you have to balance your time equally. Now this was a challenge. I searched for solution and the answer I came up with was DELEGATION. Okay that worked for a while but as I delegated more and more I found myself increasing my organization with more staff. This brings about new challenges. I now have to control staff, expand office space, have a Human Resources Department. All this have to be managed. So I was back to SQUARE ONE.
So I decided this is not a good option and I was back to the Drawing Board. After a lot of sole searching and research, I agreed 5 criteria that matters to GROW BIG:
I HAVE TO REACH TO A WIDER MARKET BASE (GLOBAL)
PRODUCT LINE THAT APPEALS GLOBALLY
AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT COULD LEVERAGE TIME

So keeping these 5 criteria in mind, I continued my research. After long hours of research, I came to the following conclusion about all the 5 :
