Flexi/Access Bonds -
This is a facility that allows you to make lump sum payments into your home loan account, which you will be able to draw out at a later stage when required. These funds are available 24 hours a day should you be linked to internet banking.
Further Bonds -
This product is a further loan amount applied for on your existing bond for home extensions, renovation, or simply should you have enough equity in your property, you may apply for this for consolidation of debt or that long awaited overseas trip.
First Time Home Buyers
This product is only available to customers earning a joint income of not more than R15 172 pm and allows the purchaser to include costs of up to a maximum of 8% of the Purchase Price. This product varies from Bank to Bank.
