An example would be F for frequently, O for occasionally, HN for hardly never, and N for never or I cannot remember the last time I used it. Unless you can find an extremely good reason (I might use it someday is not extremely good), get rid of all of the N items. Take a good hard look at the HN items too. There are likely items in there that can go too.
Paper is another area that can be challenging. What to do with all of it? One of the best home organizations tips I can give you here is to get rid of what you do not need. If it is not something that you will reference again and you do not need it for tax or legal purposes, toss or recycle it.

You have to look for it but there is a number that you can call to opt out of receiving those kinds of offers. It will take about two months before you stop receiving all of them.
