- Elderberry juice or elderberry tea or chamomile tea
- Garlic raw or pearls or garlic milk (2 cloves garlic crushed into half a cup of milk)
- Lentils, green peas, green leafy vegetables, bananas, soy, etc:
- Supplements of Thiamine (Vitamin B1 nerve tonic)
A poultice of horse radish taken for a minimum of 1 hour, or mustard seed poultice taken for 10 minutes will also bring relief from pain.
