Homemade Body Lotion

Mix few drops of glycerin, olive oil & rose water in one large spoon milk. Apply it routinely on face, neck & hands before sleeping at night. Wash it with soft hands in sunrise time with tissue paper. Bath with hot water. Apply glycerin mixed with rose water & lime juice on face, neck & hands daily night. Combine 4 tea spoon coconut oil, 3 tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon lemon juice. Rub it on whole body. This is a good body lotion. Mix three spoon salt, one spoon lemon juice in one spoon coconut oil. Apply it on entire body with light heaviness. It is an outstanding body lotion which will make the body squashy.

Cleanser

Mix one tea spoon sandal powder, one table spoon yellow ochre, one & half table spoon curd. Apply them as paste on entire body. After getting dry take bath. Grind rice, gram pulse, arhar pulse in equal quantity. Include lemon juice, barley flour, rose water, mehandi, turmeric, ice & cold water. Make a paste. Before taking bath apply on the entire body. Take bath after 1/2 an hour. This is a good cleanser. To clean the body mix three table spoon milk, one table spoon fine flour & 8-10 drops of mustard oil. Make its paste. Apply it on the entire body. After 15-20 minutes rub & remove it with hands. Wash your whole body with water. To clean the skin, mix one spoon lemon juice, one spoon gram flour. 1-1 spoon barley & millet flour. Make its paste & apply on the entire body. After getting dry rub it & clean it. After few days there will be alter in skin.

Fruit acid

Fruit acids are great for the skin because they loosen the glue among dead skin cells, and the cells drop away, leaving the face very smooth and soft. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to produce fabulous consequences for your skin that you would imagine only the most costly and sophisticated products you could buy could do.

Do the following to get great feet: The night before a large day, soak your feet in bicarbonate of soda. Then take coarse sea salt and rub it on your feet to remove dead skin cells. Apply baby oil moderately. Allow your feet to relax. Rub lotion onto your feet before putting socks on. Sleep with the socks on and in the morning your feet will be walking themselves.
