Honda Cbr 250r Price Announced

Honda Motorcycle has recently announced the price of its long awaited Honda CBR 250R in USA market

. As per some news reports, the company will launch two variants of Honda CBR 250R - Standard version and ABS Version and will be priced at Rs. 1,80,000 ($3999) and Rs. 200,000 ($4499),respectively. However, HMSI has not yet officially confirmed the launch of new Honda CBR 250R in India. It would be powered with a 250cc, 4 cylinders, 4-stroke, Inline, DOHC engine. The powertrain of Honda CBR 250R is strong enough to offer superb output of 45 PS power at 14,500 rpm and produces maximum torque of 2.5 kg-m at 10,500 rpm.

It will be incorporated with 5 speed transmission system with Multi wet plate clutch. Honda is presently selling two super sports versions of CBR series that include Honda CBR 1000RR and Honda CBR 1000RR Fireblade in the Indian auto market. The new younger brother of CBR will be inspired with their elders version who are getting wonderful response from the auto market.

The new Honda CBR 250R is enabled to deliver better mileage of around 40 kmpl in city. The fuel tank capacity of CBR 250R is around 18 litre along with 3.5 litre of reserve. The new Honda CBR 250R might get tough competition from Hero Honda Karizma ZMR, Bajaj Pulsar 220cc, TVS Apache RTR, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and more. On the other hand, HMSI is also mulling over to launch one other version of CBR series, which will be known as Honda CBR 150R in India.
