Honesty Is Success

What is success to me? The definition of success in dictionary says the achievement of something attempted. What kind of people can be called successful? I think there are 3 levels of success. The first is the Goal success, the second is the outlook success and the third is the personality success. I think one of the main reasons that people live is that they want to be successful. A lot of people have the desire of having a lot of money, the desire to live in a big house on Beverley Hills, the desire to become a singer, the desire of whatever. Everyone has his or her own desire or goal. How do they get their goal? What are they trying to do to reach the goal? Yes, they are trying to be successful.

The first level of success, the Goal Success includes 3 factors: Hard working, Organize and Honest. If you want to be success being a boss or employee in a company, you must be organized so everything will be in control. Then you must be hard working because slackers will never be success in a company. Honest, a success person in a company is not one who makes a lot of money but it's someone who knows what he or she is doing. They should be honest and like their own job or else they're forcing themselves to make money and simply getting controlled by money, which cannot be count as a successful person.

The second level of success, Outlook Success has 3 factors too: Politeness, Clean and Honest. A person's outlook is really important because doesn't matter what job you do, people will always use their first view on you to judge you first. It does not mean you need to be handsome or beautiful, but simply means that you should wear what you should wear according to your job. For example, you should not wear a black suit to McDonald as a servant. Being polite to people will always makes people feel comfortable and being clean so people will not avoid you. Honest, you always need to be honest to your outlook and don't say you look like Tom Cruise when you don't.

Third, Personality Success has another 3 factors: Good temper, Self-control and Honest. A successful boss are always good on interaction and people make deal with this company because they think this boss is honest and has a good temper that makes them feel friendly. Self-control is really important because if you loss your temper in a meeting because you cannot control yourself then people will avoid to have any deal with your company. If you control your temper all the time even when you lose the case, then people still will come to you next time because they think you are being true and nice to them.

Am I a successful person? Well, to myself, I think I am a successful person as a student. I am being honest on my ability of working. I try to work as hard as I can for school works. I am being honest to my outlook and I am being honest to people and to myself. Being a successful student doesn't mean I can start to slack off. To be a truly successful person, I will need to keep my current standard and make myself better and more successful in the rest of my life. As I said before, to be successful is because I want to reach my goal. My goal is to have a peaceful family and travel the world with my lovely wife. I need to be successful on my economic ability, always look good and fit, and being honest to my loved one so we can trust each other and have a happy relationship. I will try my best to reach all 3 levels of success to reach my dreams.
